Chapter 6 talks about the role of women. Women usually do not gain any recognition in media, because sometimes the way they play a sport are usually boring and not really fun to watch and usually not any contact from them. Women were not given the equality for sports networks today such as ESPN and FS1. SportsCenter only shared 2% of information on the Women sports.
Women are sometimes excluded from playing with men in the same sports such as basketball for example. if women has what it takes to play with men some believe they should have the chance to and it might will make the game more interesting. Women has gained more and more success throughout the years to gain their way to being able to do anything in the sports industry.
